They say to write what you know, or in my case, paint what you know.
The one thing I'm familiar with is,
country living.
The people, the little homes tucked beside a wooded road...
simple people with a strong family bond.

allowing the art to speak to me.
No more expectations, just a whole lot of acceptance.
Let the paint fall where it may, and let it be what it is...
no more fighting the canvas.
